Returns & Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are handled on a case by case basis. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your artwork if for any reason your order is not what you expected.
Personal Details
Any personal information that you provide to us including your name, address, telephone number and email address will not be released, sold or rented to any entities or individuals outside of Skyfolk.
Security
Skyfolk does not collect or record any credit card details you may provide when purchasing products from our website. Your credit card details are processed by Woo Commerce.
Gift Cards
This card is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. This card is not transferable to a cash value.

Birthday Sale Terms & Conditions
From time to time we offer promotions and sales on our website. These promotions and sales are subject to our standard terms and conditions, however, we reserve the right to change the applicable terms and conditions on a promotion by promotion basis.
Promotions and sales are not applicable to gift cards, sale items, framed prints, or limited edition pieces and applicable on full priced goods only, not services or shipping costs. Minimum order spend €55. Only one promo code may be used at a time. Promo codes are not valid when there is a website sale.
Other
This agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland. If any provision of this agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of law, such invalidity or unenforceability will not affect the remainder of the agreement, which will continue in full force and effect.
