What are your last delivery dates for Christmas 2024?
As we are a custom made to order business we will be closing our orders in time for Christmas delivery on the following dates:
Australia & New Zealand - Friday November 29
United States - Sunday December 01
Rest of the World - Sunday December 01
Rest of Europe - Sunday December 08
United Kingdom - Tuesday December 12
Ireland - Monday December 17
Do you sell gift cards?
Yes, we sure do. They are available in the top menu bar under Shop.
How long will it take to ship my order?
Once dispatched, within Ireland shipping time is usually 5-7 working days (Monday – Friday). To the U.K. please allow 10 working days depending on location. For further afield it can take longer. If you need something sooner, please get in touch and we’ll do our very best to help in any way we can.
Does Skyfolk deliver worldwide?
Yes, we ship unframed prints worldwide. We ship all items as registered mail via A Post - the Irish Post Office. Please visit our delivery information page for more information, or contact us if you can’t find the answer to your question.
How do I know that my order has been received?
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation e-mail to the address you have supplied. This confirms the items placed on your order, the total cost and lets you know that we have received your order. Please e-mail us if you have any queries on your order.
How do I return an item?
Skyfolk would like you to feel confident when you order one of our prints and we want to make sure that you love your Skyfolk order as much as we love making them for you. We ensure all artwork is professionally photographed with the correct size and dimensions. Returns and exchanges are handled on a case by case basis.
My print is damaged, what do I do?
If your print is damaged, please send us a photo of the damage within 48hrs of receiving your print. We’ll see what we can do to fix or replace your item. If for any reason your order is not what you expected, please email within 7 days of receiving your artwork.
I've changed my mind on my bespoke commission, can I return my order?
Please note, there are no returns or exchanges for change of mind. We have made these commissioned prints specifically to your request. If you are not happy with your order please email us at and let us know and we will help you as best we can.
